A bustour to northern Finland and Russia: Murmansk and Lovozero with artists, filmmakers, journalists ended with a one-week long workshop in Kirkenes where the Borders Café functioned as the center.

History never Repeats was an installation in the harbour close to the Hurtigrutten final stop. The handles were painted, pillows made and a text spread out in different locations in Kirkenes was installed. Maybe like a spell that bad things would not happen again.
